Projects

Website Redesigns
Involved in several redesign efforts to keep up with CatholicMatch’s strive to provide continuous improvements to their site’s look, usability and value for their customers.  Provided input to the look and feel of the site.  Learned a lot about working as a team and collaborating with programmers/ developers.
Monthly Email Promotions
Designed the look of the monthly email promotions campaign using Photoshop. Coded and tested them in various email clients before they were sent out to their customers.
Web Banner Advertising
Performed extensive versioning for CatholicMatch ads; often as many as 30 or more sizes that needed to conform to the original design. Accomplished this mostly with static design, but would add gif animations to the tiny sizes to enable more information for the limited space that was available; then distributed the ads to a multitude of advertisers for rotation on their websites.
Tradeshow Displays
Designed several different types of tradeshow displays and signage for CatholicMatch. Simple displays included three tall vinyl banners that were displayed in a semi-circle. A more elaborate display would consist of a large pop-up 3D display and foam core signage that would advertise for their service, a contest or a giveaway.
Landing Page Design
Designed landing pages for marketing to different areas of the target audience. These pages were designed and hand coded with HTML and CSS.
Magazine Design
Developed a monthly magazine called Tobias which consisted of approximately 30 pages per issue.
Icon Design
Designed many icons or emotigrams, similar to emoticons which were intended as ice-breakers for people starting to communicate for the first time on the site. There was a wide variety that covered common interactions and also ones designed for specific religious holidays.
